you need to own and NEVER apologize for your body!!!! as soon as you let go of any body shame, you also let go of any power others think they have over you for making you feel inferior or less of the person you are!!!!

today is the day to love yourself!!!!!!! don't wait for self love, don't plan a goal to love yourself one day, love yourself in the NOW!!!! I promise you, your life will change.

RIGHT NOW - go to a mirror, look at yourself and tell yourself three things that you LOVE about YOU!!! it can be your body, your hair, your humor, your intelligence, ANYTHING!!!!! do this every single day and every day you're going to discover more and more wonderful things about yourself. and one day, I PROMISE you will laugh at those who try and say anything negative.

when people call me fat, I LAUGH because I know that I look good in clothes, that companies like popsi lingerie, hips and curves and pipedream products PAY ME to wear their clothes to entice sales

when people call me fake, I LAUGH because my family knows how real I get, I'm honest and loving. and those who matter to me know this and those who don't know this about me, don't matter.

when people call me a slut, I LAUGH because I know how hard I've been saving myself for the right guy these past couple years. that they are merely projecting their own self loathing on to me for sins they commit.

when people call me stupid, I LAUGH because I know they are the ones watching my 'stupid' videos and thoughts and you know what, thats taking time out of their own precious lives, not mine. who's stupid now?

YOU LOOK IN THE MIRROR AND YOU LOVE YOURSELF EVERYDAY!

if someone pays you a compliment, say THANK YOU, never downplay a positive reinforcement.

never say you "can't", never say you are not good enough, never say never!!!!!!!!!

we all go through struggles in life but body image issues should never be one of them.

its a BODY for pete's sake! its a physical thing that does NOT define YOU as a person, human, soul and spirit.

remember, when you die, no one is going to remember you as having cellulite nor is anyone going to say, I'm really going to miss that six pack she had....NO! they are going to remember your light and presence and what you brought to the world and how you made it better :)

so don't be so hard on yourself. love yourself. and live for today!
