I bought the wig because of the rating which was excellent. All the people in the comments were claiming that the quality is incredible, beautiful and only good things.
When I received it, it simply was a catastrophe. the quality is baaaaad, there is a lot of forked and damaged hair. they are just using product to make the wig shine. But is is inly until the first time you wash the hair...
I contacted the seller to tell him that i would like to return it in order to get a refund. The problem was that I cut a part of the tulle. He responded to me that it was in general not possible but he will ask his manager.
He finally told me that it was possible only if I rate 5 stars and write a good comment.
I did it.
After that, he just stoped responding to my messages.
Moreover you have to know that in the package of the wig, we receive a paper where it is written that we will get a 20$ coupon if we rate 5 stars with good comment and pictures. That's the reason why there is just good comments on the Aliexpress page of the product.
To resume the situation, the seller is buying the customers in every possible way to fool the next ones. I is an ABSOLUTE SHAME that there is sellers like this one on Aliexpress. It is a scam and we have to stop it.
